Domain transfer failure, support is not responding

Literally the worst service I have gotten, registrar unlock is not working, support is silent, no feedback, no attempts to help

  Ya, similar problem. Waiting for response after 48 hrs. No other contact from support to let me know if they are handling my transfer request!
