Has anyone else join up and you pay up then your website is down? why is this?

What am I not doing or should be doing?

Never that this problem before with other sites. all I wanted to do was edited my site.

Any help appreciated.

  same thing here..i paid for my domain after i loaded my photos and built my website and now i cant find it.

  i sent a message to them but still no response

  They did take my money and I cannot understand why my website was not showing. I emailed a numerous times and they did not sort the problem out. In the end I count my losses and went with another company. They do not reply as they should and it gave me a headache, it was working when I first registered. The joke part is they asked if I wanted to renew. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is not good.
