We have a 4 calendar days grace period to refund the domain name.
In order to issue the refund please contact our support at support@get.art, please bear in mind that we accept the request only from the registered e-mail.
For example: you registered domainname.art with owner@me.com. To process the refund request you will need to submit the request from this e-mail. If you submit a request from other e-mail the request will not be processed and the support agent will ask you to submit the request from the registered e-mail.
Services
Services are 3rd party and refundable only if they had not been activated.
Services include but not limited to business e-mail, webhosting etc.
For example: You have bought a Google Workspace subscription but due to you already have the subscription for this domain Google Workspace elswhere it had not been activated. This is refundable case.

How long do I have to wait for the refund?
The refund is processed within 3 business days after the refund had been issued by our support team. If it takes longer than 3 business days please contact our support team at support@get.art
