Payment methods

What are the payment methods available?

As for now we support the following payment methods:

- Credit cards (with 3DS)

- Google Pay

- Apple Pay

- PayPal (in manual mode: to pay via the paypal place an order and contact our support team at support@get.art)

I have paid for the service, however the payment had not been cleared!

We will review the case and help you as fast as we can. Bear in mind that we will require the e-mail that you have used when paid, the service name that you have paid for. Also if you have used a credit card and we cannot find the payment the support agent can ask for the last 4 digits of the credit card or the shopper's full name. 

Our support team will never ask for the CVV or the full CC details.
